Sending a tip
Tell us what you know, how you know it, and how we can reach you if we have follow-up questions. Documents and links help, but please don’t send passwords, financial details or anything that would put you or others at risk if it were intercepted. Ordinary email is not a secure channel. If your information is sensitive, send a short first message without details and ask how best to continue; we will reply with options.
We never pay for information, and a tip does not guarantee a story. We verify independently before publishing anything, and we protect the identity of people who ask for confidentiality when we agree to do so.
Reporting an error
If you think we got something wrong, write to [email protected] with the story headline, the passage you believe is inaccurate, and any evidence you have. Our Corrections Policy explains how we review and publish corrections.
About the form below
The form on this page does not send anything from our website. When you press the button, it opens your own email program with a message addressed to us and your text filled in, so you can review it before sending. That way your message never passes through a third-party form service and we don’t store anything on a server.
Response times
