De-a-dly Night Shocks Queensland: Three Lives L-o-st as One T3rrifying Cr-a-sh Sparks Urgent Investigation
Three people have died and two others are fighting for life after two separate crashes on roads in south-east Queensland on Saturday.
Two died in Warana on the Sunshine Coast when a motorbike hit a woman attempting to cross the road at Nicklin Way after 8pm.

Emergency services arrived quickly on the scene, but were unable to save the woman, 68, who had suffered critical injuries.
The motorbike rider, a 30-year-old man from Golden Beach, was also critically injured and died at the scene.
Superintendent Jason Overland said police were having to trawl through an extensive crash site that spread over a large part of the road.
“The debris field spreads over about 50 metres from the point of impact,” he told 9News.
“We’re still trying to work out what’s happened.”

Hours later, a second fatal crash in Underwood, a suburb of Logan, killed a man in his 30s.
He was travelling in a Subaru that collided with an Audi on the intersection of Kingston Road and Parramatta Road just before 11pm.
The man was killed at the scene, while the driver and another passenger were taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the Audi, a man in his 20s, was uninjured.
Police are urging anyone with dashcam footage of either incident to come forward as Queensland Police continue to investigate the crashes.
