COVER-UP CLAIMS ERUPT: Love Island Viewers Blast ‘Messy Edit’ After Missing Footage Sparks Total Confusion

LOVE Island fans have been forced to call out producers after they noticed a “messy edit” and missing scenes that have left the show “not making any sense.”

Viewers are convinced one storyline from the show has been cut after they noticed signs two Islanders were cracking on in Casa Amor.

Last night’s episode saw a feud between Lola Deal and Julia Majchrzak erupt after Sean, 25, told the detective Julia had been trying explore a connection with him.

As the explosive run-in came to an abrupt end Julia told Lola to “kiss my a*s” in Irish – something fans are certain Sean taught her.

However, fans of the ITV2 dating show are yet to see any scenes play out between the pair.

Even if Sean did stay loyal to Lola, 28, viewers feel this was an important part of the storyline.

“Absolutely bizarre we didn’t see Julia and Sean chatting in Casa as even if nothing beyond that happened, they’d said I love you and were exclusive so it’s still a pretty big deal,” penned one fan.

Another fan said: “I’ve said it from the start, the production and also the editing of the episodes are messy this year.”

A third viewer wrote: “They haven’t shown much, now we’re wondering who’s right. It’s not making sense.”

Other fans were convinced producers just had way too much footage from a very messy Casa stint and it wasn’t intentional.

Meanwhile, one fan was certain we’re in for a big twist during Sunday’s episode.

They said: “Do you think they’re saving it [Sean and Julia] for a big reveal on Movie night so we also don’t know its coming?”

Irish hunk Sean, affectionately known as Fitzy, confessed he wanted “a test” earlier this week.

And, while he told Lola he shut down Julia’s advances, fans are not so sure.

“Basically, she [Julia] said that she was interested in me, but was confused about the love thing. If I am in love, why do I want a test, and I tried to explain, I do not want a test,” Sean explained.

“She was trying to flirt loads, and I was trying to be respectful without flirting.”

Lola fumed: “What sort of f***ing bitch does that?! I’m not being funny, you’ve told her you’re not open.

“You’ve told her that you’re in love. F***king b***h.”

Perhaps Sean and Julia really did crack on during Casa in unaired footage.

But, will they show Lola the secret scenes on Movie Night?
