One of the three women has made new allegations, pushing the Sydney Swans scandal to a new level of tension
A third woman at the centre of the Sydney Swans hotel incident has made claims of “multiple sexual assaults”.
Three women have made sexual assault and sexual misconduct claims and have sought legal advice.
One woman who is being represented by Slater & Gordon on Friday was quoted as having her world “turned upside down” by the “incredibly traumatic experience”.
According to The Age, that woman has made a fresh allegation of “multiple sexual assaults”, which have been reported to the police.
A Victoria Police spokesman told news.com.au they had “nothing further to add” as their Sexual Crimes Squad continues to investigate “a report of a sexual assault”.
The two other women are being represented by Carbone Lawyers.
Their lawyer John Karantzis said he would be claiming damages with a civil lawsuit, claiming his clients were subjected to “disgusting” and “abhorrent” behaviour.
News.com.au is not suggesting the lawyers’ claims are true, just that they are the allegations made on behalf of the women involved.
Five players from the Sydney Swans have been suspended for the rest of the season for breaching behavioural standards.
Audio recording passed to AFL’s integrity unit
The Age also revealed two AFL industry sources confirmed the Swans gave them an audio recording believed to be of the three women, as well as passing it on to police.
It has been claimed a “connection” made the club aware of the recording, with the Swans passing it on to the AFL’s integrity unit.
Isaac Heeney, Chad Warner, Nick Blakey, James Jordon and Riley Bice have all been suspended for the remainder of the 2025 season as a result of a big night out where the club says they breached behavioural standards by staying out late, drinking and bringing women back to the hotel in East Melbourne.
All five players have denied criminal wrongdoing. The police investigation remains ongoing and no formal charges have been filed.

‘Enraged’: Fresh claims from inside Swans’ hotel room
It comes after fresh allegations of shocking behaviour inside the Sydney Swans’ hotel room came to light.
The Herald Sun on Saturday revealed one of the women, an exotic dancer, claimed she was inappropriately touched “beyond what was agreed”.
According to the report, one of the women was “enraged” when one male in the room slapped her buttocks four times instead of the three slaps that had been agreed.
Code Sports earlier reported allegations cocaine and ketamine were being consumed in the hotel room.
That came after the ABC reported Victoria Police detectives have been told some Sydney players paid adult entertainers to allow them to consume drugs, believed to be cocaine, “from the women’s breasts and buttocks”.
There were emotional scenes at the SCG on Sunday with the Swans victorious over North Melbourne.
The woman at the centre of the allegations has claimed up to nine men were present.
The Swans have confirmed five players were present inside the room when a woman claims she was sexually assaulted.
The club insists none of the five players have been interviewed by police, despite reports police interviews with the players have “concluded”.
The Swans have assisted Victoria Police with their investigation into the incident but deny any staff member has been interviewed.
Victoria Police said in a statement “a number of people” have been spoken to as detectives continue their inquiries.

Emotional scenes as Swans beat Kangaroos
There were emotional scenes at the SCG on Sunday afternoon as the Sydney Swans players and staff broke down in tears following a win over North Melbourne.
Head coach Dean Cox cut an exasperated figure as he hugged his staff, with players also arm in arm by the final whistle.
Captain Callum Mills and Errol Gulden broke down in tears before being comforted by teammates.
“I’m so grateful for our fans for sticking with us,” Mills told Fox Sports at full-time.
“We stayed united as a club this week and I’m really proud of that.”
The SCG erupted into a standing ovation upon seeing the scenes from inside the coaches box on the big screen.

Fans applauded as the Swans closed out the win with a behind from Logan McDonald in the final seconds, which made it 123-70 in their final match of the home-and-away-season.
Swans fans made their feelings clear throughout the day as they took to the SCG for a double header of AFL and AFLW action.
Several thousand supporters took to their seats to cheer on the women’s side against Essendon.
The Swans smashed their club record attendance for an AFLW match with 16,672 fans watching on.
