Kyle Sandilands is packing up his belongings at his Sydney mansion and moving – down the road.
Movers appeared at the $13 million palace where the shock jock resides with his wife Tegan Kynaston and son Otto on Wednesday.
Large pieces of furniture, including mattresses, couches, as well as piles of sheets and haberdashery were loaded onto Vmove Removals branded trucks.
Among the more unusual items were cardboard cut-outs, including signage from Otto’s first birthday.
A number of boxes were also loaded onto the moving vans, as well as ornate chairs and rugs.
Movers worked throughout the day, but neither Kyle nor his wife Tegan appeared to be present for the process.

Sandilands’ business manager Bruno Bouchet confirmed to Daily Mail on Wednesday evening that the radio star is moving to his other Vaucluse mansion, which is just four minutes down the road.
Located on a quiet, leafy street, the mansion had been left derelict for two years since Sandilands, 54, purchased it for $14 million in late 2023.
However, it appears work on the property is finally complete and ready for Sandilands and his family to move in.
Sandilands splashed millions on the trophy home soon after signing his record-breaking 10-year deal with ARN.
At the time, publicly available real-estate listings for the four-bedroom, four-bathroom ‘grand family residence’ showed the house in pristine condition.
A crystal-clear swimming pool with a cascading spa overlooked a breathtaking view of the harbour.
The entry level features a spacious entertainment deck flowing into an open-plan dining and living area.
The master bedroom, with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, sits on the same floor as two other bedrooms, while a fourth is downstairs.

It comes as shock new details have emerged in the radio king’s legal battle with ARN.
On Wednesday, it was revealed that court documents cite an expletive-laden rant Sandilands unleashed on ARN’s top boss, Michael Stephenson.
Sandilands blasted Stephenson on air, raving that ‘this bloke will be gone in eight months’ time anyway’.
The comments aired on The Kyle and Jackie O Show on June 30 last year.
‘Because a lot of these pussies, they show up, they think they’re in charge,’ Sandilands said during the spray.
‘”Oh, I’m the COO”. Whatever that means. We don’t even know what that means. You’re the COO. Are you? COO. The COO. No one gives a rat’s a*se, dog.
‘And anyway, that bloke will be gone in eight months’ time anyway,’ he went on.
‘Do you know how many COOs I’ve been through? Thousands. And they all come in, they all think they’re the duck’s nuts.

‘I go, “Bro, you’ll be gone by September, man. I don’t give a s**t what you say”.
‘What, are we going to change our whole way we do everything every time some flop gets appointed in here? No, I’m not doing it.’
Sandilands then implied Stephenson was a ‘c**t’.
‘They call it the C-suites. Yes, so do we. The c**t suite. Where do all the c**s work! That’s why they’re called the C-suites.’
Stephenson did not leave ARN as Sandilands had predicted, and moved to terminate Sandilands in March.
Sandilands, 54, and his former co-star Jackie ‘O’Henderson, 51, are both suing the broadcaster for wrongful termination.
According to the court documents, the once rock‑solid friendship – forged over more than 20 years on air – had already fractured months earlier, with a massive behind‑the‑scenes blow‑up in September last year.
Five months later, Sandilands and Henderson’s partnership came to an abrupt end, after Sandilands accused her of being ‘off with the fairies’ during a brutal on‑air clash that left her in tears.

Both stars have since launched separate unfair dismissal claims against their former employer, with Sandilands seeking $85 million and Henderson $82 million.
The eye‑watering figures represent what the pair say they are still owed under their axed contracts, which had been worth about $10 million per year each.
New claims have emerged that Sandilands is set to be back on air in just weeks, according to news.com.au.
‘It will all be wrapped up soon. It will end up just sorting itself out, and it will take two to three weeks max,’ a source told the outlet.
The source added that Kyle, ‘would go back’ to his show and has ‘no hard feelings’ about the headline-making bust-up with Jackie that saw him ousted from his top-rated show.
However, it’s unknown if he will accept less than the $10million-a-year deal he was on before the show’s collapse.
A source told the outlet that Sandilands is eager to avoid a drawn-out trial and would consider a ‘reasonable’ offer from his former employer.
