Reality star Jake Hall who found fame on The Only Way Is Essex has died aged just 35 having suffered a ‘tragic accident’, which saw him ‘smash into a glass door’

The Only Way Is Essex star Jake Hall has died aged 35. The reality star was found dead at a Spanish holiday villa in Majorca after smashing into a glass door in a tragic accident.

Hall was found in a pool of blood with head wounds, caused by shards of glass. It’s claimed that he had been out partying and decided to carry on the night at his rented property.

Four men and two women who were also staying at the address are believed to have been questioned by police. The six people are understood to have spoken to police and told officers they had been out for the evening and returned to the property in the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Police were called to the address in Santa Margalida, in the north of Majorca at 7:30am local time. An autopsy is due to take place in the coming hours in the Majorcan capital, Palma, while the ongoing investigation is being carried out by the Civil Guard.

A police source said: “We are focusing on the theory the victim died in a tragic accident after hitting his head against the glass door but it is still too early to say definitely what happened.”

Just hours before his death, Jake took to Instagram to share insights into his trip, posting a collection of images and videos from his holiday. Captioning his post, he penned: “Life is b*****ks sometimes but I’m gonna try remember the good things – looking through things – I’m just making art – in many forms.”

Days before his death, Jake shared snaps of himself with his daughter on holiday, captioning his upload: “My world – my world! My world,” alongside a heart emoji.

Following the news of Jake’s death, tributes have poured in, with journalist Amy Brookbanks saying: “So sad to see the devastating news. Sending all my love to your beautiful daughter, family and friends. Terrible news.”

Jake leaves behind his daughter, River, who was born in 2017. He shares his daughter with former Real Housewives of Cheshire star Missé Beqiri, whom he started dating in 2016. By May 2018, they were engaged, but just months later, he was hit with a restraining order.

It was reported that the pair became embroiled in a heated row, which their neighbours overheard. The pair went on to split following a string of tense rows.

The late model and footballer shot to fame on The Only Way Is Essex in 2015, joining as a friend of Vas J Morgan and the ex-partner of Chloe Lewis.

He appeared on the show between seasons 14 and 17, when he decided to bow out. In recent years, Jake’s career has focused on his fashion empire, By Jake Hall, as well as his previous brand, Prévu Studio, which was liquidated despite years of success.

Last year, fans were left blown away by Jake’s rise to stardom following his reality past, after he was spotted partying with Bianca Censori and Kanye West following the Grammys. “Your journeys been epic from the start, Ye adding threads at this point,” said one fan.
