The fight between Derrick Jones and Keshawn Fell allegedly broke out in the bathroom before it spilled out in front of the children.

A 22-year-old man, the uncle of the birthday girl, tried to break up the fight and protect them.

Kids fled out of the Sylvania Township restaurant in panic, bodycam footage shared online shows.

In a 911 call, a manager of the establishment said that workers and bystanders tried to push Jones and Fell out of the building and into the parking lot.

During the scuffle, the child’s uncle suffered a broken eye socket and has been put into an induced coma.

“Because it was my baby’s birthday. I was throwing this for her. Now my baby is traumatized,” the victim’s sister, who has not been named, told WTVG.

She claims her brother was hit with a weapon, which has not been confirmed by police.

“All I could do is grab everybody’s kids and try to get them up against the wall and try to get them away from it,” she said.

After seeing her brother collapse on the floor, she grabbed him and begged him to talk to her, she recalled.

Jones has been charged with assault and Fell has been charged with disorderly conduct in a hospital.

Both have pleaded not guilty.
