However, fans have began to notice that Lorenzo hasn’t ever made Julia a coffee in the morning, while other guys have done so for their girl.
Speaking on Aftersun to Maya Jama, Lorenzo’s mum has revealed why this is, and it turns out he specifically made a promise to her before entering the villa that he won’t make coffee for anyone.

Maya began the conversation by saying: “Well, why do you think it’s been so long ’til he’s made someone a coffee?”
Lorenzo’s Dad, Marco, then prompted his mum to answer, and she shared: “He’s been watching it [Love Island] since he was a kid every year and he’d always be like ‘I’ve never ever seen a girl make a coffee for a guy’.

“So it irritated him a bit. Not because he’s lazy or anything – he always makes me a tea or coffee, cleans the house. He’s very good like that, very domesticated.
“But to wind me up he said to me ‘I promise that I’m not going to make anyone a coffee’”.
Lorenzo did cave in on his promise on Friday however and made Julia a coffee.
Julia had asked if he would make her one multiple times in the past, explaining how small gestures like that mean a lot to her.
Lorenzo met Julia during his time at Casa Amor and then decided to bring her back with him to the main villa.
The duo were given the tough decision to choose one of the show’s three least popular couples to send home, since they were voted as the favourite pair in the villa.
The three couples they had to pick from were Lola and Sean, Mica and Samraj, and Martha and Jordon.
After lots of thought Lorenzo and Julia sent home Lola and Sean.
Lola and Sean were the fastest couple in the show’s history to lock down their relationship and make things official.
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
