Heartbreaking Update: Missing Teen Jakoby Kahey Presumed De-ad as Police Upgrade Case to Homicide, Two Arrested
UPDATE: The Alexandria Police Department has announced that the investigation into missing Jakoby Kahey has become a homicide investigation.
Two suspects have been arrested and charged with second-degree murder. Although detectives believe Jakoby is deceased, his remains have not yet been located, and the investigation remains active.
