MISSING PUBLIC OFFICIAL SPOTTED IN NYC: A few hours after he vanished from his yard, Ryan Courtien, 49 of Dover, was seen getting off a Metro-North train at Grand Central Terminal and walking toward Madison Avenue, State Police said.

Courtien, a former Dover, NY town supervisor and current town planning board chairman, was reported missing on Sunday.
Several agencies searched the area for 4 days, using every resource you could imagine to try to find him.
Courtien’s son last saw him 9:30 am Sunday as he went outside under the impression he was going to do yard work.
Courtien left his phone and other personal items inside the home.
These screenshots from surveillance video are from just after 12:30pm that same day.

Courtien appeared to be traveling alone and was wearing the tan pants and black shirt his family said he was wearing Sunday morning when he went outside.
