She revealed that her first cosmetic procedure was lip filler, but admitted she once struggled with what she described as “lip blindness”—constantly feeling her lips were too small and repeatedly topping them up until they became disproportionate.
“There was a time when my lips were way too big for my face,” she said. “About two years ago, I decided to dissolve everything. For two weeks, I basically had no lips, but then I only added a very small amount back. Now I much prefer how they look—it suits my face better.”
Beyond lip fillers, Charleen shared that she has experimented with several other treatments. One of them was fat-dissolving injections in her chin and jawline, a non-surgical procedure designed to break down stubborn fat cells. She revealed she has undergone the treatment three times and noticed significant improvement, although a small amount of fat remains.

“The fat under my chin hasn’t completely gone—maybe surgery would be needed for that—but the injections have really boosted my confidence,” she added.
The Dublin native also underwent HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound), a treatment that lifts and tightens the skin while stimulating collagen production. She has had the procedure twice, focusing on her chin, cheeks, and jawline, and described the results as worthwhile.
“You only need it once a year, and I’ve seen a clear difference after two sessions,” she explained.
One of her most significant transformations includes breast augmentation and a nose job. While she had previously spoken about her breast surgery, Charleen shared new details about her rhinoplasty, which took place two years ago. According to her, the procedure was minimal and focused on smoothing a small bump on the bridge of her nose—something she had long been self-conscious about.
“I didn’t go overboard, just fixed the bump. That was my biggest insecurity,” she said.
However, six months after the surgery, an unfortunate accident occurred. Charleen fainted and hit her face on a bathroom cabinet, causing a small bump to reappear on her nose.
“It was really frustrating—especially after just having it done,” she admitted. “And it was my own fault after fainting and hitting it. I still don’t know if I’ll get it fixed again.”
Charleen also revealed she has had Botox in several areas, including her forehead, around her eyes, and in her masseter muscles. She joked that at one point her face became so stiff she could barely smile.
