Love Island newcomer Charleen Murphy has been transparent about her beauty transformation over the years.
The Dublin content creator entered the dating show as a Casa Amor bombshell this week, and has already found romance with Kavan Murphy.
Before her ITV debut, though, the Irish influencer had already built a dedicated following on social media. She often posts beauty content, and even shared all the cosmetic procedures she has underwent with her followers.
In a 2024 TikTok video, Charleen revealed her first ever procedure was lip filler. The reality star confessed she continued to increase the volume of her filler until her lips looked like “balloons”.
She consequently reversed the entire procedure. “About two years ago, I got it all dissolved,” she reveals in the clip. Charleen has since topped up her lip filler with smaller volumes.

Describing her next tweakment, she shared: “Next thing I got done is fat dissolver. I got it in my chin and jawline area. I got that done three times, it did make a difference.”
The ITV celebrity also revealed she underwent HIFU skin tightening treatments on her chin and jawline, before confirming she also had a rhinoplasty and breast augmentation.
“I had a nose job two years ago,” she started. “I had a bump on the side of my nose that I was always so self-conscious of.
“I hated my side profile and that’s all I wanted done to it, really. I didn’t want much done, just the bump gone. I didn’t document it on social media, so I documented my breast augmentation but not my nose.”

“To be honest, I could have just said nothing and not tell anyone. ‘Cause no one actually noticed that I’d had it done. Everyone is like ‘I think you look the same,'” the 27-year-old said.

She has additionally received masseter Botox after struggling with jaw clenching, as well as Botox on her eyes and forehead.
While she has been transparent about her experiences, the Islander encouraged her fans to “be so careful” when choosing to undergo any cosmetic procedures.
Just like previous seasons, the Casa girls and boys can only make it into the main villa if an original Islander chooses to couple up with them.
Charleen’s fate currently rests in Kavan’s hands but he currently seems completely smitten with the influencer.
