Sarah Ferguson is once again becoming a major topic of discussion within royal circles after reports emerged claiming she may be attempting to reach a private agreement with the Royal Family in order to avoid taking part in a bombshell tell-all interview.

According to royal author Andrew Lownie, the former Duchess of York is reportedly seeking a long-term financial arrangement from the Royal Family to help secure stability for the future. In return, she may choose not to participate in a revealing sit-down interview or release a memoir exposing secrets behind palace doors.

The claims come as the updated paperback edition of Lownie’s book Entitled has officially been released, featuring a new chapter involving Sarah Ferguson and ongoing tensions surrounding the Royal Family.

Speaking to British media, Lownie suggested that Sarah may currently be in negotiations with “The Firm” — the term often used to describe the Royal Family behind the scenes.

“That may be what Fergie’s negotiating at the moment,” he said. “Can she get some stable support from them and avoid having to do an Oprah-style interview?”

For months, Sarah Ferguson has largely stayed away from public attention. Reports claim she has been living quietly at a retreat in Austria while multiple controversies connected to her name continue circulating in the media.

One of the biggest reasons public attention has returned to Sarah is because her name has resurfaced in documents connected to Jeffrey Epstein. The files reportedly show that Sarah remained friendly with Epstein even after his earlier conviction related to sex offences involving minors.

However, appearing in those documents does not automatically imply criminal wrongdoing, and there are currently no criminal allegations against Sarah Ferguson.

Even so, the ongoing controversy has continued to affect her public image and fueled speculation that the Royal Family may want to avoid the possibility of another explosive interview similar to the one previously given by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

The discussion does not stop with Sarah Ferguson alone. Andrew Lownie also made additional claims involving Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie — the daughters of Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew.

According to him, King Charles III and Prince William reportedly wanted the two princesses to undergo a financial audit, but the request was allegedly refused. The reason behind the refusal remains unclear, and Buckingham Palace has not issued any official comment regarding the claims.

Despite the controversies surrounding their parents, Beatrice and Eugenie are still believed to maintain a role within royal family events. The sisters are reportedly expected to attend Peter Phillips’ wedding next month alongside other senior royals.

At this time, representatives for Sarah Ferguson and Buckingham Palace have not publicly responded to the growing speculation. However, the rumors surrounding these alleged behind-the-scenes negotiations are continuing to raise major questions about what may truly be happening inside the Royal Family.
