King Charles III is reportedly considering offering Royal Lodge to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in a bid to heal the long-running family rift. The Windsor Great Park property has been vacant since Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor was asked to leave and relocate to Wood Farm. Royal commentator Rob Shuter quoted one insider as saying: “This would be the ultimate olive branch. Charles wants unity. Offering Harry a significant Windsor property would send a powerful message that the door is still open.”

However, another source warned: “Moving Harry and Meghan into Andrew’s old house ties them to a property that’s become synonymous with scandal.” Andrew is said to be unhappy about losing the 30-bedroom home, where he lived for two decades. It remains unclear whether the Sussexes would accept such an offer. Buckingham Palace has been approached for comment.
