Cardi B; Anthony Anderson ‘Black-ish’ crying meme

Cardi B, who is pregnant with her fourth baby, had an unfiltered answer when asked why she “keeps getting pregnant.”

On Monday, Oct. 13, Cardi shared a meme of Anthony Anderson crying in a scene from Black-ish on X, captioned, “I’m uncomfortable when I sit, when I lay down, when I stand up… I can’t take this no more.”

When a fan replied, “Then why do you keep getting pregnant,” the rapper had a succinct response. “Cause I keep f—–,” she wrote.

Cardi, 32, is expecting her fourth baby, her first with New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs, whom she began dating in October 2024. The Grammy winner also shares daughters Kulture Kari, 7, and Blossom Belle, 1, as well as son Wave Set, 4, with her estranged husband Offset.

In the Oct. 6 episode of Jay Shetty’s On Purpose podcast, the soon-to-be mother of four opened up about her hopes for her children.

“It’s discipline. It’s gotta be in you, and you have to be better than me. I want you to be better than me,” she said. “There’s things that I cannot do that I want my kids to do.”

“I want you to be smarter than me,” Cardi added. “I want you to be — not perfect because you cannot make your kids perfect and you don’t want you to put pressure on your kids [to be] perfect — but I want you to be a 100 times better version than me, and I’m gonna [instill] that in you and you’re gonna be mad and you’re gonna be crying, but you’re gonna appreciate that one day because I wish the things that that I put on my kids that somebody put in me when I was younger.”

The Grammy winner filed for divorce from Offset in July 2024 after seven years of marriage. The rappers have had an on-and-off again relationship since tying the knot in September 2017; she previously filed for divorce in 2020, but later called it off. Their divorce is not yet finalized.

Cardi’s Little Miss Drama Tour to support her latest album, Am I The Drama?, is scheduled to begin on Feb. 11 in Palm Desert, Calif.
