Meghan Markle shared two astrology-related posts that referred to challenging personal times.

The Duchess of Sussex, 44, reshared a post on her Instagram Stories from the account Astrology Is For Everyone on Saturday, April 25.

The post featured two men dancing enthusiastically with the words, “Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, & Aquarius ending the hardest seven years of their lives on April 25,” typed across the top. (Meghan, born on Aug. 4, is a Leo.)

Earlier the same day, Meghan reshared another astrology-related post from the account spiritdaughter containing her horoscope.

“The tension between who you actually are and what the world around you was willing to see has been exhausting in a way that is hard to explain to people who have not lived it,” the horoscope read.

“Your confidence took hits it had no business taking. You questioned your creative direction, your spotlight, your worth,” it continued.

“April 25th, the pressure lifts. You get the space to just exist without fighting for it,” the horoscope concluded.

Meghan and her husband, Prince Harry, recently returned from a four-day trip to Australia. Their itinerary took them to the cities of Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney, where they embarked on outings highlighting mental health, community resilience and support for veterans and their families.

Meghan and Harry, 41, both candidly spoke about their own mental wellness during separate events, with the Duke of Sussex sharing that he “didn’t want” his royal role following the 1997 death of his mother, Princess Diana, and Meghan reflecting on being “the most trolled person in the entire world” after coupling up with her husband a decade ago.

“For now, 10 years, every day for 10 years, I have been bullied and attacked,” Meghan said while speaking to a classroom of students on the trip, adding, “Now, I’m still here.”

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex also undertook private meetings and special projects while abroad, most notably Meghan’s headlining appearance at the Her Best Life podcast’s “girls weekend” retreat.

During the retreat, Meghan took the stage for a Q&A with podcast co-host Gemma O’Neill. At one point in the conversation, she spoke about motherhood, saying raising kids Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, 4, has taught her patience and given her perspective — something she said she needed “given what our life is like.”
