A MARRIED At First Sight star wrapped in bandages has revealed she’s had a nose job as she told fans she was “always going to do it.”
The 30-year-old announced the news to her 116,000 followers in a clip on Instagram.

Nelly Patel, from series 10 of the Channel 4 show, has showed off her huge bandages, spanning across her face post operation.
In a video on Instagram she was sat in her home, lip syncing to the sound: “Girl don’t do it, it’s not worth it.
“I’m not gonna do it girl. I was just thinking about it, I’m not gonna do it.”
Nelly could then be seen in a hospital gown, sat up and shrugging as she lip synced: “I did it.”
She captioned the post: “I was, in fact, always going to do it,” followed by a laughing face emoji.
Before the operation, she was driven to the clinic by her mum and dad.
“Gonna be a princess and get them to look after me for the next week hehe,” she penned on an Instagram story.
The cosmetic dentist has revealed she is now home post operation and has been chilling out on the sofa.
Nelly appeared on MAFS UK last year and married groom Steven Springett.
But, things quickly turned sour between the pair and they called time on their romance.
Investment banking manager Steven was caught with and active, verified profile on the dating app Hinge.
Steven’s profile was revealed by Nelly’s flatmate during a Homestay and once it came to light, Nelly swiftly removed her ring, declaring their marriage over.
She later poked fun at Steven on Instagram by dressing up as a baby and captioning the post: “Since he thinks I was born yesterday.”
Nelly has said she is happily single after her tumultuous experience on the show but is dating again.
