Immeasurable Void: Tributes Pour In For Harriet, 19, After Tragic Cr-a-sh — Then Her Final Gift Emerges
TRIBUTES have poured in for a “beautiful and selfless” teenage girl who died following a horror car crash – as cops arrest the driver.
Harriet Boyles, 19, suffered serious injuries after a Ford smashed into a tree in Armitage, Staffordshire.

Police and emergency crews raced to reports of an accident at 1:35am on Lichfield Road.
Harriet was badly wounded and rushed to hospital on Saturday, August 22 – but tragically succumbed to her injuries four days later.
The teen had been elected as Head Girl at her school and was due to start an apprenticeship in finance.
In a heartbreaking tribute, her family wrote: “Harriet was a beautiful young woman whose kindness, warmth and caring nature touched everyone who knew her.
“Family meant everything to Harriet. She treasured every moment spent with her loved ones and brought joy, laughter, and comfort wherever she went.
“Her caring personality and selfless nature made her a devoted daughter, sister, relative and friend, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.”
The teenager had also been an organ donor with her family noting that even in her passing Harriet’s “generosity and selflessness continued to shine”.
“Through the gift of organ donation, she helped to save and transform the lives of others by donating six organs.”
Police have arrested a 23-year-old man from Newcastle-under-Lyme on suspicion of driving offences.
He has been released on bail while a probe into Harriet’s death continues.
Officers are appealing to the public for dashcam footage of the night on Lichfield Road on 22 August to help with investigations.
