“They Sh0t Him and Left Him to Di-e…” — The Sh0cking Story Behind the Fa-tal Oxon Hill Sh00ting Still Haunting the Community
BREAKING: A Washington, D.C. rapper and a woman have been arrested months after a deadly shooting in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

Orlando Edwards, 20, (who performs as Landough$) and India Stroman, 21, were taken into custody on Thursday and charged with first and second-degree murder in the death of 47-year-old Ricardo Lee Vance.
According to court documents, the incident occurred on February 3 in the 6100 block of Oxon Hill Road. Investigators say Vance got into an argument with the suspects outside a store. He was then seen following Stroman to a black Cadillac Escalade where Edwards was waiting.
After a brief exchange, both vehicles drove off but stopped at a nearby red light. Police say gunfire erupted from the backseat of the Escalade — where Edwards and Stroman were sitting — striking Vance multiple times. Vance tried to flee on foot but collapsed and died from his injuries.
Surveillance footage and witness statements helped authorities track down the vehicle. A person connected to the Escalade later told police that Edwards warned him not to contact authorities and offered to pay for damages to the SUV.

Edwards was identified in part through a music video where he was wearing the exact same clothing seen on the night of the shooting.

Both suspects now face serious murder charges. The case has shocked the local community, especially as Edwards was reportedly pursuing a music career under the name Landough$.
The Prince George’s County Police Department continues to investigate, asking anyone with additional information to come forward.
This tragic incident adds to the growing list of violent crimes in the area, leaving Vance’s family devastated.
