A young man has died in a Northern Territory stabbing on Friday.
The 21-year-old man was found with a slash to his neck when police arrived at Griggs St in Tennant Creek about 1.10am on Friday.
He was declared dead shortly after, NT Police said.
Police are aware there were witnesses to the incident.
Detectives are now trying to identify and locate those witnesses as part of their ongoing investigation.
“Anyone who may have been in the area around the time, or who may have information that could assist, is urged to contact police,” NT Police said.
