Megan, 31, surprised the islanders while they were getting ready to compete in the Cake “Shaking” challenge during Sunday night’s episode.
The ladies rocked skimpy white lingerie and white bakers’ hats, and the guys wore white underwear and the same hats.
However, Megan certainly stood out in her purple lace lingerie thong and matching bra, lined with beading and white pearls.
She paired the set with long pearl earrings, lace gloves, pink high heels, and a bubblegum hairdo.
The superstar, who appeared on last season’s twerking challenge, confidently showcased her incredible figure as she shook her bare butt at the camera.
Megan judged the competition, which involved the female and male islanders going head-to-head in a cake-off.
In the first round, each group played a version of musical chairs, in which they had to sit on the cake when the music stopped.
KC Chandler and his new partner, Tierra “Titi” Davis, proved to be a match as they each won their game.
The islanders then had to choose someone of the opposite sex, who was peeking out of a wooden structure by only their head to pie in the face.
KC, Corbin Mimms, and Sincere Rhea were largely targeted by the ladies for their apparent betrayals while in Casa Amor.

They were also the main targets in the following round, where the women shot frosting out of a giant piping bag at a man of their choosing.
Meanwhile, Kenzie Annis and Trinity Tatum were the primary targets for the guys because of their reactions during the explosive recoupling the night before.
While many chose to remain in their couples, there were some unexpected switch-ups.
Corbin and Kenzie both opted to recouple with their respective Casa Amor connections – Corbin with Parmida Keshani, and Kenzie with Dylan Wrona.
KC and Aniya Harvey, however, weren’t on the same page, as KC brought Titi back to the villa, leaving Aniya single and vulnerable.
The night went from bad to worse for Aniya as she stormed off and became inconsolable in response to KC’s decision.
She collapsed to the ground multiple times and threatened to go home, while Melanie Moreno ushered her away from the others, who she caught laughing at her emotional breakdown.
Aniya’s spirits were lifted after the cake challenge when Megan revealed that America had voted Carl Schmidt, her connection from Casa Amor, whom she thought she’d sent home after picking KC, to come back.
Carl returned with Amora Robinson, who had a connection with Sincere before he ultimately decided to stay with Melanie.
