BIG BROTHER 28 CHAOS ERUPTS! Veto Winner Makes a Sh0cking Move That Could DESTROY Drew’s Entire Game
Gold Derby is serving up Big Brother 28 spoilers all summer long. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
The Week 4 Veto competition went down Saturday night around 8 p.m. PT, with Head of Household Haley Thogmartin facing off against her three nominees—Drew Campbell, Melody Morris, and Taylor Brown—plus two randomly drawn houseguests, Mallory Aurichio and Chuk Anyanwu. Live feeds vanished for roughly three hours while the backyard showdown unfolded. When they finally returned around 11 p.m. PT, the result was clear: Taylor Brown had taken the Power of Veto. Haley immediately labeled it her worst-case scenario.
Taylor, the school counselor from Florida, is all but certain to use the medallion to pull herself off the block—the fourth time the Veto has been played this season. That forces Haley to name a replacement nominee on Monday, and the pressure inside the Toolshed alliance is already mounting.
Several members of that group have been circling Drew Campbell for weeks. Leading the charge is Angela Murray, who views the dental assistant from California as a sneaky operator who plays every side of the house and maintains a particularly tight bond with Melody. “I know he’s coming for me,” Angela told the cameras. “I can see it in his eyes. He wants me gone because I know he sees me working my way, too. But he’s more everywhere. He’s in every conversation. So, he needs to go.”
Viewers already know the Drew-Melody connection runs deeper than most realize. Just last night the two shared intimate secrets and sealed them with a pinky swear. Melody revealed she is a game show host. Drew claimed (possibly falsely) that he is related to a former houseguest, pointing to Tucker Des Lauriers of Big Brother 26.
Drew currently believes he is sitting on the block as a classic pawn. History, of course, is littered with pawns who never made it to the next week.
Compounding the tension is the widespread fan theory that Drew secured this week’s Time Capsule power—the Coin of Destiny that would allow him to secretly overturn a Head of Household’s reign. The fact that he has not deployed it suggests he genuinely feels safe. Confirmation, one way or the other, is expected during Sunday’s CBS episode.

With Taylor’s Veto victory locking in a replacement nomination and the Toolshed already sharpening its knives, Drew’s position has gone from uncomfortable to precarious in a single night. Monday’s session could decide whether the “pawn” survives—or becomes the latest casualty of a house that has already shown it does not hesitate to send one packing.
