The 11-year-old was struck by a car in an Easter holiday tragedy.

The mother of a young scooter rider killed in a collision with a car does not blame the driver and has thanked a local nurse who tried to save her son.

Michael Judge, 11, was knocked off his scooter as he left a friend’s house south of Perth on April 6.

He was rushed to hospital but could not be saved.

His mum Jaymie Zisson said she is thankful to have been with her boy in his final moments.

She ran to the scene on Mandurah Tce in Mandurah as a local nurse and good Samaritans did everything they could to keep him alive, and stayed with him as he was rushed to hospital.

“There’s one nurse – I’d like to thank her very much because she was tired but she wouldn’t give up,” Zisson told 7NEWS.

The grieving mother of four also revealed “I don’t have any hate” towards the driver involved, saying the Easter holiday tragedy was “an accident”.

“I’d like to just meet this person and have a talk,” she said.

Zisson also shared how she will forever hold onto a sweet moment with her “little angel” on the last day of his life.

“He came in and he put (a lolly) in front of my face and he goes, you’re going to eat that, Mum,” she said.

“I’m going to keep that forever, that wrapper.”

Zisson said she is in a tough financial spot and has set up an online fundraiser to contribute to her son’s funeral.

“I wanted to go with the kids to pick out some little things to put in his coffin and he’ll be cremated with them,” she said.

“I don’t have much, I don’t have funds, I don’t have money, I don’t have any savings.”
