DAVID Haye has broken his silence on his legal battle with ITV after the I’m a Celebrity South Africa chaos – revealing he’s preparing to sue them for “way more” than £10m.
The Sun revealed last month how David, 45, is taking action against ITV over claims of “irreparable damage to his brand” following his dramatic stint in the jungle.

Today he confirmed he is going after the corporation in a lengthy video shared on social media.
David said: “I’ve been inundated with people wanting a statement in regards to the legal situation with ITV and this defamation case.

“The answer is yes I am. I’m not sure if you know me that well but those who do know that I don’t like getting pushed around. I don’t like people taking advantage.
“I’ve had stuff happen in the past, I’ve let certain stuff go, but as I’ve got older I’m like, ‘nah, you’re taking the p**s’. I’m going to take it as far as it needs to go.”
David had a huge fall-out with winner Adam Thomas during their time on the show and the feud came to an explosive head at the live final, with him and Jimmy Bullard launching a blistering attack on the Emmerdale actor.
Speaking to his fans, David accused ITV of “manipulating” scenes shown on the All Stars spin-off.
He continued: “When you’re right and the decision comes down to a judge… Once the tapes have been viewed and the evidence has been presented, they’ll realise that this reality TV might not be that real, maybe it’s manipulated heavily and directed in a certain narrative for a specific reason.
“I’m looking forward to a judge seeing exactly what went down, so they can make their decision.”
David also revealed he’s not holding back when it comes to the fee he’s demanding, adding: “There’s lots of different elements I can’t talk about but in regards to how much this claim is going to be, I’m hearing this £10 million number banded around…
“The number I’m going to hit them with is way more than that.”
David was accused of bullying eventual winner Adam, 37, in the South African camp.
Ex-Premier League footballer Jimmy Bullard, 47, also clashed with Adam in a trial which saw the actor go on an expletive-filled rant.
During the chaotic live final, Jimmy said nine times that Adam’s conduct was “abusive, aggressive and intimidating” – a key phrase from the cast’s contract concerning unacceptable behaviour.
