Meghan Markle has reportedly realised Prince Harry is “the problem” and is reportedly trying to “branch off”, it has been reported. Since quitting royal life in 2020, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle seem to have been doing most of their non-royal engagements together.
However, over the last few years, they have begun doing more solo work. This is set to be something they continue to do more of, with reports suggesting that Meghan thinks she will make “more money” without Harry by her side. She was seen on a solo trip just last week in Geneva, with reports suggesting she was the one who thought Harry should stay at home in Montecito.
This is because Meghan reportedly thinks that Harry is “a problem”, as his appearances generate headlines to do with royal drama.
Royal expert Rob Shuter said on Maureen Callahan’s The Nerve podcast: “Meghan has now decided that, my sources are telling me, she now believes that she is more powerful. She’s gonna make more money by stepping forward by herself, not with him.
“She’s a problem, too. She hasn’t quite got to that point, but she knows there’s a problem with Harry.”
In a piece for his substack, Rob Shuter said his sources told him: “Whenever Harry appears beside her, everything becomes about royal drama, and family feuds. Meghan wanted the spotlight on her work, not the chaos surrounding the Royal Family.”
Even if they do branch out to do more solo, rather than joint engagements, it seems that they are very much still a team on a personal level.

Just last week, the couple celebrated their 8th wedding anniversary, and seem as loved-up as ever.
Meghan shared a series of photographs and videos online to show how they celebrated the anniversary, including with a cake and gifts.
She also shared never-before-seen photographs from their 2018 Windsor wedding day.
