A “save the date” reminder encouraged followers to return at 9am PT (5pm UK time) on January 13, when the new product will go live.

While the exact nature of the launch remains a mystery, it will be the brand’s first release of the year.

However, with the visual of a journal-style book and the caption alluding to chapters, Meghan’s teaser hints that the next As Ever drop might introduce a stationery product, possibly a guided journal or a diary. Or some fans are speculating it’s a bookmark.

Notably, the duchess has also been rumoured to be in talks to launch her own cookbook later this year.

She’s no stranger to publishing, having written the foreword for Together: Our Community Cookbook and authored the children’s book The Bench. Now, if reports are to be believed, a full cookbook appears to be next on the menu.

“Meghan is looking at a cookbook for early 2026,” an insider told MailOnline last week. “There will be more lifestyle products coming in the spring. 2026 is looking like another big year for her.”

As Ever suffers technical glitch

Meanwhile, the teaser comes just days after a technical glitch on the As Ever website unintentionally exposed internal stock levels. This prompted viral speculation about the brand’s performance.

Reddit sleuths discovered that attempting to add large quantities of items to their baskets triggered the site to reveal available inventory.

One user posted that “adding 200,000 of each item showed us exactly how much they had in stock”. They claimed that most of Meghan’s items had tens of thousands in stock.

The brand’s Signature Fruit Spread Boxes for $42 topped the list at more than 130,000 units.

The leak caused a stir online, with some interpreting the numbers as proof of unsold stock. However, sources pushed back on that narrative.

“I think it’s fair to say business isn’t just successful. It’s flying off the shelf,” a source told The Sun. “Meghan inadvertently revealed that one million jars were ordered for that one product, and has only 130,000 left. It doesn’t take a genius to work out that 87 per cent of what has been ordered has sold.”

The “save the date” drop also comes amid reports that Meghan is planning her first UK return in four years, contingent on securing appropriate security for herself and Prince Harry.

The duchess reportedly hopes to attend a one-year countdown event for Harry’s beloved Invictus Games in Birmingham on July 10, alongside her husband.

Her attendance will depend on the outcome of Prince Harry’s ongoing battle to regain taxpayer-funded police protection during visits to Britain.

A decision is reportedly expected later this month.
