Love Island viewers are convinced Jasmine and Kavan’s relationship could be heading for trouble, with many predicting that Aidan will eventually come between the pair. The couple have rebuilt their romance following the fallout from Casa Amor and have emerged as one of the Villa’s strongest pairings ahead of the final.
Despite the rocky road behind them, Jasmine and Kavan have continued to reassure each other about their feelings, appearing to move past the challenges that previously threatened their connection.
However, this Wednesday’s (22 July) episode of the ITV2 series left some viewers questioning whether everything was as settled as it seems as the Grafties revealed a shock comment from Aidan about Kavan’s relationship with Jasmine.
Another moment saw Aidan’s frustrations towards Jasmine grow when it was revealed she had told Priya about Aidan’s flirting with her sister Bella – and a brief confrontation ensued.
Another handful of viewers were disappointed to see Jasmine opt for a civil exchange, rather than holding Aidan accountable for his actions. Elsewhere, one fan warned Jasmine that Aidan’s behaviour may only worsen once outside the villa.
Aidan has also come under fire for his relationship with Priya. Despite the pair sharing their first night at The Hideaway, and a date in a remote location, the couple have met considerable obstacles which have left their relationship hanging in the balance.
After finding out about Aidan’s flirting with Jasmine’s sister, Priya was shocked when he admitted he’d be happy to kiss all the girls in the Love Island Villa. To make matters worse, the Grafties revealed unseen Aidan moments, particularly with bombshell Elicia, leading Priya to the firm conviction he had no intention of taking their connection seriously.
What followed was a tense conversation on the daybeds, during which Priya made it clear to Aidan she would not be investing herself in the relationship, due to the feeling that she was wasting her time with him.
Still, Aidan attempted to smooth things out, assuring Priya he was still invested in their bond. But his words were too late as Priya decided to keep her distance from him. Will it be permanent?
