BRITNEY Spears desperately offered to make cops a lasagne after being caught with pills and a wine glass during her recent DUI arrest.

The 44-year-old pop star was pulled over for driving recklessly near her Ventura County, California, home on the night of March 4.

The singer can be heard pleading with the officers to not arrest her in a new recording.

After being repeatedly asked to get out of her car, Britney replied: “I don’t like that.”

The officer told her: “I don’t care if you don’t like that, I’m giving you an order to step out of your vehicle.”

Another officer suggested that Britney got out of her car and got into the police car and said they would drive around the corner where there were less people driving by.

Clearly upset by the incident, an emotional Britney is head saying: “No, I don’t want to get in your car Sir.

“You can come to my house and I can make you food and lasagne, whatever you want.

“I have a pool, my babies are coming to my house tonight.”

Britney is then seen reluctantly getting out of her car and is taken to the sidewalk to avoid attracting attention for other drivers on the highway.

The clip showed the Toxic hitmaker with her hands behind her back as she is lead away by the two officers.

The pop star was then left concerned over where her phone was.

She is heard asking the cop: “Did you take my phone? Did you take it out of my purse,” to which a cop replied: “No, it’s still there.”

After officers spoke with the singer and searched her BMW convertible, she was arrested and booked into the local Sheriff’s Office, putting herself in danger of being placed back under conservatorship, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed.

More information has emerged about the incident, including details about what officers found in Britney‘s car that nearly landed her in jail.

According to a police report obtained by Us Weekly, cops responded to an anonymous call that someone was “traveling at high speeds and swerving.”

The officer said they witnessed the Toxic singer illegally veering into another lane numerous times before pulling her over.

“[The subject] continued to drive in the #2 lane and did not immediately react to my emergency lights. I activated the [police car’s] siren to get the driver’s attention,” the officer reported.

While speaking with Britney, who police noted was sporting a “worn” green striped dress and purple sandals, the officer smelled “a distinct odor of an alcoholic beverage” coming from inside the car.

Britney told the officer that she’d consumed one champagne mimosa seven hours earlier and hadn’t had any alcohol since.

“I could probably drink four bottles of wine and take care of you. I’m an angel,” the Stronger singer allegedly told the officer.

She then confirmed that she’d taken several prescription drugs earlier that day, including 200mg of anticonvulsant and the mood stabilizer Lamictal, 40mg of the antidepressant Prozac, and 2.5 mg of Adderall, an ADHD medication.

“[An officer] located a brown purse that contained a bottle of pills labeled ‘Adderall,’ which were not prescribed to Spears,” per the police report.

“[The officer] also observed an empty wine glass in the cup holder between the front driver seat and passenger seat.”

Upon further observation, the officer noted that the Grammy Award winner had “red and watery” eyes and dilated pupils.

Britney later told cops that she was a “zero” on a zero to 10 sobriety scale.

She also passed two chemical breath tests once at the precinct.

“I instructed Spears to exit the [car], but she initially refused,” the officer stated.

“Spears related she had been pranked and harassed in the past and did not want to exit.”

Britney also said she “wanted to speak to her lawyer and had the right as a woman not to exit her vehicle.”

The report stated that she eventually agreed to get out of her car after 10 minutes.

“I detected the distinct odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from her breath and person,” the officer noted.

“Her speech was rapid and slurred, her gait was unsteady, and she was fidgeting with her fingers.”

Additionally, the officer noted Britney’s “drastic mood swings” during their exchange, ranging from “confrontational and agitated to flamboyant.”

The officer also said the mom of two spoke in a British accent at times.

When the officer tried to conduct field sobriety tests, Britney allegedly said she didn’t feel well and didn’t want to continue.

“Spears related the lights were hurting her head and did not want to continue the test. Spears was unable or unwilling to follow my finger throughout the test,” the report stated.

“Spears continued to move her head throughout the test after being instructed to keep her head still. Spears related that she was blind in her left eye but was able to see my finger.”

Britney was first taken to the CHP Moorpark Office for a Drug Recognition Evaluation before being moved to the Los Robles Medical Center in Thousand Oaks to draw blood.

“In an attempt to delay the blood draw, Spears related she needed to use the restroom. While in the restroom. Spears became argumentative and belligerent,” the officer noted.

“I placed Spears in handcuffs and placed her in the right front seat of the [police vehicle].”

Britney was charged with one count of misdemeanor DUI and narrowly avoided jail time after taking a plea deal for a lesser charge.

She was ordered to 12 months of probation, along with one day of jail time already served.

The Circus hitmaker is also required to complete a three-month alcohol education program.

Last month, Britney reportedly checked herself into a rehab facility voluntarily after “realizing she hit rock bottom.”
