Amanda Owen continued to savagely call out online trolls who claimed she’s ‘fake’ on Friday as she shared a series of photos from her week.

The Yorkshire Shepherdess, 51, has been subject to a slew of comments recently that accused her of not being a real farmer and simply pretending to perform the role for TV.

Amanda has become a well-known face on reality TV alongside her large brood and ex-husband Clive.

Since 2018, the family have given fans an insight into the reality of farming life through their Channel 4 programme Our Yorkshire Farm.

Uploading a comment to her Instagram which claimed she was all ‘smoke and mirrors,’ Amanda responded with some snaps of her at work on the farm.

She wrote: ‘Am I perfect? No. Am I fake? No. Am I a real person, flaws and all? Yes.’

Amanda continued: ‘So here’s just a few images from the last few weeks. Hopefully a few folk may feel inspired, take courage to be their own unique selves and refuse to be held back.

‘The majority of people will just look at the images and scroll on, rightfully busy with their own lives.

‘A very small number of people will be enraged. Enjoy. Not sorry.’

Photos included Amanda all dressed up as she headed to event before she gave an insight into her usual days tending to her animals.

Last month, she was forced to hit back at her critics again and shared another unglamorous insight into the reality of her life on her family’s farm in Yorkshire.

Amanda said in a video that while she had spent the previous night on stage as a celeb, the next day she was tending to her sheep pens in the rain.

The mum-of-nine explained that she was in the process of loading up a number of sheep to be sold at auction, as is common on working farms.

Fans were quick to praise the reality star in the comments section for hitting out at her critics, with many agreeing that she very much is a real farmer.
