According to information obtained by PEOPLE, the property is Forest Lodge, an expansive eight-bedroom mansion to which the couple relocated in the autumn of 2025. At the ages of 43 and 44, Prince William and Princess Kate are currently leasing the property—formerly known as Holly Grove—under a 20-year agreement valued at approximately $410,691. The couple has privately funded their relocation and all subsequent minor renovations, ensuring total privacy for their three children: Prince George, 12, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, 8.
