Police confirmed the tragic discovery was made on Thursday morning at Boompjeskade, bringing a devastating end to the urgent hunt.
The young Brit, from Manchester, had been missing since attending TwitchCon – a major convention for streamers and gamers.
He was last seen shortly before 2am near Club Munch on Maasboulevard, close to Willemsbrug, after leaving friends.
Bradley had been staying at a hostel in the Overblaak Cube Houses area, reported as StayOkay, but never returned.

Alarm bells were raised when he failed to board his scheduled return flight from Eindhoven to Manchester on Monday.
Bradley was still using his phone in the early hours – raising fresh questions about his final moments.
According to his sister Amy, chilling CCTV footage shows the 21-year-old walking up the stairs of the Willemsbrug at 2.11am.
After that, he vanished without a trace.

Nothing had been heard from him since – and his phone is believed to have been switched off.
The silence was all the more alarming given how close he was to his family.
“Especially with his father. They are in contact a lot; they were just in contact last Saturday night,” Amy said.
Desperate for answers, she combed through Bradley’s laptop in a bid to piece together his last known movements.
But the search revealed he had not been in contact with anyone since his disappearance.
Bradley’s dad described him as “very extroverted, spontaneous” and someone who had great people skills.
Police said they do not suspect foul play and are treating the death as an accident.
His devastated family had rushed to Rotterdam as the search intensified at the time – visiting hospitals and trawling through CCTV footage.
His sister, Amy, said the family “still had hope, but also feared bad news” as the desperate hunt continued.
An urgent appeal had been issued after Bradley failed to return home.
Amy said at the time: “My brother Bradley Passey is currently missing.
“He recently attended a gaming convention in Rotterdam and was due to fly home to Manchester this morning.
“His last known whereabouts was Rotterdam on Saturday evening.
“No one has had any contact with him since Saturday evening.
“We have tried to contact him, no answer. No one is able to see his location currently.
An FCDO spokesperson said: “We are supporting the family of a British man who died in the Netherlands, and we are liaising with local authorities.”
