In her forthcoming posthumous memoir, Virginia Giuffre described in detail her first alleged sexual encounter with Prince Andrew, saying it lasted “less than a half hour,” claiming he caressed her toes and licked her arches. Giuffre asserts that Prince Andrew behaved as if having sex with her was his “birthright,” while also providing detailed accounts of the instances of abuse she endured.

The third time she had sex with him, she alleges in the book, took place during an “orgy” with financier Jeffrey Epstein and eight other girls under the age of 18.

Giuffre, who died by suicide earlier this year at 41, makes the sensational claims in an excerpt from Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice.

Published Wednesday, Oct. 15, in The Guardian, Giuffre recounted how Epstein and his partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, had begun lending her out to powerful friends — including, she alleges, Prince Andrew.

In 2022, Giuffre and Andrew reached an out-of-court settlement for an undisclosed amount in her sexual assault lawsuit against the royal.

“Prince Andrew intends to make a substantial donation to Ms. Giuffre’s charity in support of victims’ rights,” states a court document filed at the time. “Prince Andrew has never intended to malign Ms. Giuffre’s character, and he accepts that she has suffered both as an established victim of abuse and as a result of unfair public attacks.”

In the memoir, Giuffre recalled meeting Prince Andrew on March 10, 2001, in Maxwell’s London home and posing for a picture with him taken with her Kodak FunSaver that would later become world famous.

After going out to dinner and then dancing at London hotspot Tramp, Maxwell allegedly told her, “When we get home, you are to do for him what you do for Jeffrey,” she wrote.

“Back at the house, Maxwell and Epstein said goodnight and headed upstairs, signaling it was time that I take care of the prince. In the years since, I’ve thought a lot about how he behaved. He was friendly enough, but still entitled – as if he believed having sex with me was his birthright.”

She allegedly drew him a hot bath, she wrote.

“We disrobed and got in the tub, but didn’t stay there long because the prince was eager to get to the bed. He was particularly attentive to my feet, caressing my toes and licking my arches. That was a first for me, and it tickled. I was nervous he would want me to do the same to him. But I needn’t have worried. He seemed in a rush to have intercourse. Afterward, he said thank you in his clipped British accent. In my memory, the whole thing lasted less than half an hour,” she wrote.

Giuffre wrote that the next morning, Maxwell allegedly told her: “You did well. The prince had fun.”

The second time Giuffre alleged she had sex with Prince Andrew was in April 2001 at Epstein’s townhouse in New York.

She said she doesn’t remember the third time she and Prince Andrew allegedly had sex.

“But I do know the location: a 72-acre island Epstein owned in the US Virgin Islands,” she wrote. “The private sanctuary, right next to Saint Thomas island, was called Little Saint James, but Epstein liked to call it ‘Little Saint Jeff’s.’ I also know that it was not just the two of us this time; it was an orgy.”

She wrote that she was “around 18,” further claiming, “Epstein, Andy, and approximately eight other young girls and I had sex together. The other girls all appeared to be under the age of 18 and didn’t really speak English. Epstein laughed about how they couldn’t really communicate, saying they are the easiest girls to get along with.”

In 2022, the prince reached an out-of-court settlement with Giuffre, which included a statement in which he expressed regret for his association with Epstein, but contained no admission of liability or apology, per the BBC.
