I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! fans are calling for Ruby Wax to be axed from the new series after just one episode, claiming she is ‘rude, unlikeable and annoying’.

The popular jungle series has returned again for another year, with hosts Ant and Decwelcoming a whole new bunch of celebrities to the mix.

However actress Ruby’s behaviour is already causing heads to turn after some viewers say she was rude towards her fellow co-stars.

She is joined by Emmerdale star Lisa Riley, Twitch streamer Angry Ginge, presenter Alex Scott and TV star Jack Osbourne.

They first all met each other at a luxury mansion, where everyone appeared nervous but excited.

Ruby told Angry Ginge: ‘If you could just get out of my way because there are cameras there.’

He responded: ‘So sorry about that.’

Ruby then further explained how he ‘shouldn’t get in her way’ especially when she’s being filmed.

The rest of the cast gasped as she later told him again: ‘I’m just be going to move you out of the way throughout the show because I am small and it throws a shadow.’

The streamer apologised again as he moved out of her way.

However, this didn’t go down too well with fans at all as they were left raging over on X.

One person wrote: ‘Not having Ruby Wax. Annoying.’

A second penned: ‘Already finding Ruby Wax annoying #ImACeleb.’

A third commented: ‘I’m sorry but ruby wax is doing my head in She hopeless and annoying.’

This didn’t go down too well with fans at all as they were left raging over on X

But others were quick to defend her humour, sharing how Gen Z don’t understand.

One defended: ‘All these idiot Gen Z’s not getting Ruby Wax’s humour. She’s a comedy legend. #ImACeleb.’

Another added: ‘I grew up with absolutely fabulous which ruby wax was a writer on, so she’s a comedy goddess in my household. sorry x #ImACeleb.’

It’s not the first time that conduct has been called into question on the TV show.

Alison Hammond recently hit out at her former I’m A Celeb co-star Shaun Ryder, as she revealed an ongoing feud between the pair slamming him as, ‘very rude’.

The This Morning presenter, 50, did not hold back and appeared more than happy to speak out about her soured relationship with Shaun, 63, when asked about her time in the 2010 Jungle on this year’s spin-off show, I’m A Celebrity Unpacked on Sunday.

Host Joel Dommett, 40, had picked up on Alex Scott stating she couldn’t stand rude people. He asked the panel: ‘Do you see her clashing with people?’

Alison said: ‘At the moment, everyone seems very friendly but as time goes on, we’ll know.

‘When I went in there, I’ll never forget, I walked in and said the party’s here with my Terry’s Chocolate Orange, and everyone was like [unbothered face].

‘Then, Shaun Ryder hated my guts straight away for no reason. He was very rude.’

She added: ‘So hopefully there are no Shaun Ryders in there [this year].’

The musician infamously clashed with many of his co-stars during his time in the jungle, but his friend, Leigh Francis, who was also on Sunday night’s panel, stuck up for him.

The comedian said to her: ‘I know Shaun and he’s normally really lovely.’

But the pair have had an ongoing feud for 15 years.

When previously asked about their rocky relationship two years ago, Shaun said: ‘Ever since the jungle show, I knew Alison didn’t like me. But fair enough, nobody has to like each other. It’s not against the law.’

Shaun admitted Alison’s outgoing personality was hard to deal with following her late arrival to the Australian jungle camp.

Elsewhere on the show, Ant and Dec awkwardly failed to acknowledge Kelly Brook in her first I’m A Celeb scenes on Sunday despite the pair knowing her for years – after their alleged bitter fallout.

Kelly is thought to have been at loggerheads with the famous pair since 2009, when she alleged they got her fired from her role as a judge on Britain’s Got Talent, due to the fact she did not know what they did on the show, leading to a ‘clash of egos’.

The model and actress insisted they had thwarted her career, saying after the axing: ‘There was nothing I could do in this country after Britain’s Got Talent. The people at ITV were telling me that I had upset Ant and Dec and that was it.’

Kelly’s first interactions with Ant and Dec came on episode one when she parachuted down onto the beach where the presenters were waiting.

As the star prepared to jump out of her helicopter, she turned to the camera and yelled, ‘Ant and Dec, I’m coming for you!’

Joined by Aitch when they first landed the group had a bit of small talk but nothing further despite their history.
