Jenny and Dave Marrs started their journey with HGTV when their beloved series, Fixer to Fabulous, began airing in 2019.

During a December 2025 TV Insider interview, the married couple said they “don’t know” if Fixer to Fabulous will be renewed following its current 7th season, which premiered on December 2. Jenny clarified that she and her husband would like to keep shooting the Arkansas-based show.

“I think we will keep doing this as long as we can. As long as people enjoy the show and as long as we get to be a part of making people’s homes beautiful and telling people’s stories. It’s really a pretty cool job that we get to have. We’ll just keep doing it as long as we’re relevant,” said the mother of five while speaking to the publication.

Dave chimed in that “HGTV is running a business,” meaning TV ratings will determine their renovation series’ future. In addition, he said it has been “an honor” that their show has remained “relevant after seven years.”

“I don’t ever want to forget that. To have someone come up to us that says, ‘Hey, this is a show where my daughter and my mother and I, we all watch it together,’ is such an honor. As long as we can do that and be relevant in people’s lives, we’ll keep doing it,” continued Dave during the TV Insider interview.

Jenny made similar comments about being appreciative of their fans in a November 2025 interview with Carrie on Camera, alongside Dave. She explained that sometimes she and her husband will “kind of forget that cameras are following [them]” as they renovate houses.

“So it is really amazing that people invite us into their living rooms and they get to see these stories of these projects and these families that we work with. It’s pretty amazing. We’re just really grateful,” said Jenny during the November 2025 interview.

Country Living reported it was announced that a number of HGTV series, like Christina on the CoastFarmhouse FixerBattle on the BeachThe Flipping El MoussasBargain BlockMarried to Real Estate, and Izzy Does It, weren’t renewed during the summer of 2025.
