A LONGTIME Fox News contributor has revealed that she suffered 11 miscarriages as she discussed parenthood on the panel talk show Outnumbered.

Leslie Marshall, 53, was chatting with host Tomi Lahren and fellow contributor Joe Concha about the legacy of Charlie Kirk when she revealed the tragic news.

Speaking about Kirk’s assassination on September 10, Concha said that he was very impressed with how the conservative activist encouraged young people to marry and start families.

He remembered a moment where Kirk told a reporter that he wanted his legacy to center around his Christian faith and his children.

Lahren then turned to Marshall, who is a Democrat, to ask how she felt about Kirk’s death and whether left-leaning people could learn lessons from his life.

Marshall stressed that she welcomes all viewpoints when discussing current events and praised Kirk’s efforts to get young people involved in politics, regardless of which party they support.

She also supported the activists’ mission to spark political conversation on college campuses through his nonprofit Turning Point USA.

Marshall, who shares two children with her husband, Dr. Asghar Husain, said she hopes her children have the opportunity to do so while in school.

“I want my children to hear everything and to make their own decisions,” she said.

“And they can’t just make a decision that’s not biased if they’re only hearing one biased side, whether it’s my side or another side.”

However, after honoring Kirk’s efforts on college campuses, Marshall noted that she disagreed with the activist’s push for marriage and procreation.

She said, “I understand marriage and family is important to a lot of people, but I know people that would love to get married just haven’t met the right person or the guy hasn’t asked yet.

“I suffered 11 miscarriages and I have two children, one after adoption, one after 13 IVF cycles, and I have a son who died.

“So I just say that because I know that when people say, ‘You know, get married and have children,’ it’s not as easy for everybody,” she continued.

“There are a lot of women that struggle with infertility and just because a woman doesn’t have a child, left or right, it doesn’t mean that they don’t want a child, maybe they actually can’t have.”

Marshall’s confession about her fertility journey prompted other Fox News hosts to clarify what they believe Kirk meant in his statements.

“I am so sorry,” Concha responded.

The host clarified that he believed Kirk meant young people should be in “the pursuit” of a family.

“So I hear what you’re saying, Leslie, and I’m so sorry that you went through that,” Lisa Boothe added.

“I’ve had friends who have gone through miscarriages — it’s heartbreaking. So I’m so sorry you went through that.”
