Jae Millz recently sat down with Math HoffaRon Browz, and Uncle Seth for episode 14 of “My Expert Opinion”.

During their conversation, Jae spoke about his Young Money deal and his decision to sign with Lil Wayne.

At first, people often saw him around Diddy, so the move to YM over Bad Boy surprised many.

However, Millz explained that their collaboration “Holla At A Playa (Remix)” played a huge role in that decision.

He remembered Weezy flying him out to Miami after watching his rap battles and believing in his talent without hearing his music.

Millzy summed it up simply: “Wayne did sh*t for me that nobody else ever did.”

The Harlem rapper also talked about what he learned from Tunechi over the years and highlighted Tune‘s crazy work ethic.

Additionally, the former Young Mula artist spoke on why he eventually chose to leave the record label.

Jae told a funny but honest story about not catching a classic Weezy F Baby line at first too.

He revealed Mr. Carter once cursed him out after he missed the “Real Gs move in silence like lasagna” bar from “6 Foot, 7 Foot” and admitted he did not understand it on first listen.

Millz said the reaction from Wayne made him feel like he had let his mentor down. Check out both clips below!
