A man and woman who died at a property in Hampshire were a married couple, police have said.
The woman, aged in her 30s, died from a stab wound and her husband, aged in his 50s, was found hanged, post-mortem tests have revealed.
They were found after officers were called shortly after 15:00 GMT on Sunday to the home in Pershore Road, Basingstoke.
Detectives, who believe no-one else was involved, said the “isolated” incident was still being investigated and the couple’s families had requested privacy.
