Russell’s ex Nicole Olivera alleged that Mustafa broke into her Los Angeles home and threatened both her and her son Luka-Kai

Huda Mustafa is required to stay away from her boyfriend Louis Russell’s son after his ex-girlfriend filed a restraining order against her.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the Love Island USA star is ordered to temporarily stay away from Russell’s ex Nicole Olivera and the former couple’s 1-year-old son Luka-Kai after she was accused of making threats against them.

In the documents, Olivera claimed that Mustafa flew from North Carolina to Los Angeles and “threatened to jump off buildings, swearing on her daughter’s life that she was going to kill herself.”

She alleged that Mustafa went on to spend about 12 hours making “terrifying and extremely mentally unstable threats” against the lives of herself, her daughter 5-year-old Arleigh and Olivera’s son Luka-Kai.

According to the documents, Mustafa then allegedly took an Uber to Olivera’s house on Feb. 21 at 1:30 a.m. and broke into the building while “threatening to knock down our doors.” Olivera, Russell and their son were all home at the time.

A judge granted Olivera a temporary restraining order, which requires Mustafa to stay at least 100 yards away from Olivera and her son until the case is heard in court on April 3.

Neither reps for Mustafa nor Olivera responded to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

In response to the allegations, Mustafa shared a statement on her Instagram Stories. “Im [sic] aware of what’s being said and it’s not true,” she wrote. “Im [sic] handling everything the right way by letting legal take care of it. I appreciate everyone who continues to support me.”

This past July, Mustafa and Russell, who starred on Netflix’s Too Hot to Handle, confirmed they were dating when they attended the premiere of Weapons together in Los Angeles. The two posed for photos together and held hands as they walked the red carpet.

While this date night was more public, it wasn’t the first time Mustafa had been seen with Russell. Days after returning to L.A. from Fiji after the July 13 finale of Love Island USA, the two were seen at the Grove together and appeared to be holding hands, according to photos that circulated online.

On Love Island, Mustafa was linked to Jeremiah Brown before the two dramatically ended things. She then found a connection in Casa Amor, first with JD Dodard and then with Chris Seeley, whom she coupled up with and brought back to the villa. The two ended things in the finale when Mustafa told him she just wanted to be friends.
