Diddy truly is the definition of “Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop.” The disgraced mogul is pushing back against his remaining prostitution charges in the hopes of having his charges dismissed. His legal team is arguing that the sentence he received for prostitution charges was far too harsh. On Friday (Mar. 13), according to court documents obtained by TMZ, Diddy’s lawyers filed an appeal noting that he was already found not guilty of sex trafficking and RICO charges. That said, he received a sentence that was, per his lawyers, “four times higher than normal,” for his prostitution-related convictions.

Diddy’s lawyers call that 50-month sentence a “perversion of justice.” The attorneys also claim that the judge in Diddy’s case, Judge Arun Subramanian, engaged in what is called “acquitted conduct” sentencing, which is “the practice of increasing punishment based on rejected allegations. ” The Bad Boy founder’s team is asking the appeals court for Diddy’s “immediate release and grant a judgment of acquittal or at least vacate and remand for resentencing.”

Thanks to a female fan, hip-hop mogul 50 Cent turned a routine Miami club booking into another viral jab at incarcerated executive Sean “Diddy” Combs this week.The moment unfolded on March 3 inside a packed Miami nightclub. Purple lights washed over the crowd as 50 worked the room, tossing cash and pacing the stage. Then a woman near the front lifted her phone high above her head. Across the screen, in bold white letters, were four words: “I HATE DIDDY TOO.”

A 12-second clip captured the mogul’s reaction. At first, 50 scanned the audience with a neutral stare. He squinted as he read the message. Recognition hit instantly. His face cracked into a wide grin. He pointed straight at the woman, nodding with approval. Without missing a beat, he flung a handful of bills in her direction. The crowd erupted.
