MORMON Wives star, Chase McWhorter, was issued a warrant for his arrest for the fifth time, as he skipped court AGAIN after being busted for DUI and cocaine possession.

The U.S Sun can exclusively reveal that there is a brand new warrant out for Chase’s arrest after he failed to show up to court earlier this week for one of his many open traffic-related cases.

Chase, whose license was temporarily suspended after he was arrested for DUI and cocaine possession on July 4th of 2025, was hit with the charges of operating a vehicle without insurance and no driver’s license in possession on January 25th.

According to the police report for the incident, obtained exclusively by The U.S. Sun, the officer said he saw the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star’s car at a light and ran a records check.

“The records check returned showing that the vehicle had no insurance,” the officer wrote in his report.

“The driver stated that his insurance policy may have lapsed. I asked the driver for his driver’s license, and he stated that he didn’t have it.”

He had a warrant in another traffic case issued for his arrest on January 26 of this year, however, that one was recalled later that day, and Chase claimed online it was a misunderstanding.

On October 30 of last year, a warrant was issued after he failed to appear in court on the charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license.

He also had a warrant issued for his arrest in connection to his DUI and cocaine possession bust.

That warrant was issued on September 24th of 2025.

That warrant remained active until November 18, when it was finally withdrawn after his attorney entered a formal plea of not guilty.

There was yet another warrant issued for Chase’s arrest back on September 17 of 2024 for yet another traffic-related case.

Inside Chase’ DUI bust

According to a police report obtained by The U.S. Sun, Chase’s nightmare DUI incident began when a worried motorist alerted officers to a white Tesla that was traveling erratically on the road.

According to the police report, officers watched as the vehicle drifted dangerously out of its lane and nearly collided with a curb before they were able to pull the car over.

Upon approaching the vehicle, officers observed that Chase appeared to have bloodshot eyes and slurred speech, noting a distinct odor of alcohol emanating from the Tesla.

A subsequent search of the car allegedly led to the discovery of a powdered substance, as was seen in police body camera footage obtained exclusively by The U.S. Sun.

Field tests conducted at the scene indicated the powder was positive for both fentanyl and cocaine.

While police say Chase initially seemed taken aback by the find, they report that after being read his Miranda rights, he confessed to drinking several beers and tequila shots at a nearby bar.

He further claimed to investigators that he had experimented with cocaine for the first time that same night.

The situation escalated at the station, where a forensic urine test confirmed a cocktail of substances in his system, including cocaine, alcohol, and amphetamines.

Following the processing of the report, Chase was released into the care of his friend, Litia Garr.

Fans of reality television will recognize Garr from her time on The Bachelor franchise.

Inside Chase and Miranda’s ‘divorce’

As The U.S. Sun revealed earlier this week The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives stars Miranda McWhorter and her husband Chase are still legally married.

Despite Miranda’s public social media announcement two years ago regarding their split, official records from the Utah clerk of courts indicate that no divorce has actually been finalized.

A clerk clarified the situation, explaining that if the couple had owned property in the county and lived there for the last six months, any divorce filing would be visible in their system, yet no such record exists.

The revelation that they remain husband and wife comes as a shock to the MomTok community, particularly because Miranda has frequently referred to Chase as her “ex-husband” and even utilized the hashtag “divorced” in social media posts as recently as 2024.

She also gave an interview in which she detailed her life after divorce this past year.

While their legal status remains unchanged, the couple continues to focus on co-parenting their two young children.

They share a daughter, Brooks, who was born in 2019, and a son, Cohen, who followed in 2021.
