Jack Osbourne broke down in tears as he remembered his late father Ozzy on what would have been his 77th birthday on Wednesday.

Black Sabbath legend Ozzy died of heart failure at his Buckinghamshire home on July 22, just two weeks after performing a farewell concert with his bandmates at Birmingham’s Villa Park.

The moving moment saw the I’m A Celebrity stars pause and raise a glass to the musician around the campfire.

An emotional Jack, 40, told his campmates: ‘It’s my dad’s 77th birthday today’.

The TV personality fought back tears as the group offered their sympathies and then toasted the late rocker’s life.

Later when Jack was doing the washing up, Martin Kemp offered some words of comfort.

He said: ’77, I mean your dad led a full life man. That’s the way you want it, isn’t it? No regrets, go out doing what you love doing.’

Jack replied: Oh, God yeah. The most remarkable thing about it all is he got to say goodbye to everyone

‘He went out at home. It’s how we all want to go, right?’

Earlier in the day, Sharon, 73, paid tribute to husband Ozzy as she said: ‘I will never let go of your hand until I see you on the other side.’

Sharing a post on Instagram, Sharon, who was married to him for 43 years, added: ‘My darling husband, I celebrate the day you were born.’

Daughter Kelly also remembered her father, writing in a post on Instagram showing him smiling next to a birthday cake, with the caption: ‘Happy birthday I miss you daddy! I love you more than life itself!’

Hours earlier, the 41-year-old shared a post that showed her sitting on the Black Sabbath bench in Birmingham, surrounded by floral tributes dedicated to her father.

She wrote: ‘Happy birthday daddy you most certainly did not die an ordinary man!

‘Life without you is hard but not a day goes by that I don’t dedicate my life to loving you and your legacy!

‘I miss you more than anything in the world. I love you until eternity! What I would not give to watch you blow out just one more candle.’

Kelly admitted she was finding it hard not being with Jack.

The TV star posted a picture of them as children on her Instagram stories, saying: ‘I can’t lie today is really hard without my brother. I would give anything to just be able to talk to him! However he needs to keep kicking b**t in the jungle!’

But Sharon and Kelly put on a brave face as they accepted the Lord Mayor’s Award in memory of Ozzy in Birmingham.

In a celebration of the late rocker’s life, fans laid flowers at Black Sabbath Bench on Broad Street in the city.
