Frail and almost unrecognisable, Katie Price has finally been pictured reunited with her daughter Princess Andre, months after a bitter fallout sparked by a controversial reality TV show threatened to tear their relationship apart.

The former glamour model, 47, has raised alarm in recent months due to her visibly shrinking frame, with fans voicing concern over her health. Just three months ago, Katie revealed she had been hospitalised following what she described as a “dramatic” and “unexplained” weight loss, admitting doctors were still trying to get to the bottom of it.

Despite the worry surrounding her appearance, Katie was seen looking affectionate and close with Princess, 18, as the pair enjoyed a mother-daughter day out this week. Walking arm-in-arm, they appeared relaxed and united — a stark contrast to the tension that previously surrounded their relationship.

The reunion comes after Katie was notably absent from the first series of Princess’s ITV reality show The Princess Diaries, a move that fuelled headlines and family friction. Katie had publicly claimed she was “banned” from taking part, accusing Princess’s management team — and indirectly her ex-husband Peter Andre — of shutting her out.

However, there are now reports that Katie will appear in the second series of the show, albeit not on a full-time basis. Sources say she will still be visible to viewers, signalling a softening of tensions behind the scenes.

Adding weight to claims that things are improving, Katie’s son Junior Andre, 20, recently insisted that the family is in the best place it has ever been. Speaking candidly, Junior said people “don’t know her like we know her,” adding that his mum is “doing great” and remains incredibly loving.

He stressed that public speculation often misses the reality behind closed doors, saying the family dynamic is stronger than ever, despite the criticism and constant scrutiny aimed at both his parents.

Behind the scenes, however, the fallout from the show has had lasting consequences. Peter Andre and his wife Emily MacDonagh will no longer appear in future series, following the tension caused by Katie’s exclusion. Peter later confirmed that the children he shares with Katie have been in his sole custody since 2018, a statement that only intensified public debate.

Meanwhile, Katie has continued to speak openly about her health struggles. On her podcast, she referred to herself as a “stick woman,” revealing doctors were concerned about her dangerously low blood pressure. She admitted feeling pressure from her mother Amy to seek medical help, sharing that her blood pressure had to be checked multiple times because medics initially believed the readings were wrong.

As she continues undergoing blood tests and scans to explain her weight loss, Katie insists she doesn’t know why her body is changing so dramatically — but for now, her reunion with Princess suggests that, at least emotionally, some wounds are finally beginning to heal.
