Reality star Ella Ding commented: ‘Perfect little angel. Congratulations on your baby girl arriving.’

One fan chimed in: ‘She looks so much like Lucius!!’ while MAFS star Hayley Vernon added: ‘Praying God’s blessings over your family.’

Another said: ‘Congratulations on the safe arrival of beautiful Sunday Maria, your little ray of sunshine! Beautiful name.’

Martha had announced her pregnancy in an Instagram post in October.

At the time, she posted a short video of her toddler son planting a kiss on her growing bump.

In her caption, the former reality star, who battled hyperemesis gravidarum – a severe form of morning sickness – during her first pregnancy, hinted that she is again unwell.

‘Knocked up n’ knocked out. Will be back bigger and better soon… fingers crossed!’ she wrote alongside the clip.

Martha battled through hyperemesis gravidarum during her pregnancy with son Lucius in 2022, and was hospitalised at the height of her illness.

Michael explained that prior to presenting to hospital, Martha had spent the ‘best part of the last 10 weeks in bed 24 hours a day, dehydrated, nauseous, vomiting, restless, tired, anxious, fatigued and unable to properly sleep or eat’.

Martha vanished from social media for months during that pregnancy as she was so ill with hyperemesis gravidarum, which causes persistent and excessive nausea and vomiting in pregnant women.

‘I was so sick. I could not eat or drink anything. There were days I didn’t even get up to pee. I lost ten kilos in five weeks,’ Martha explained at the time.

‘We have been in and out of the emergency room and hospital,’ she added.

It follows a string of candid updates from Michael, who recently shared an emotional video reflecting on the toll parenthood and pressure have taken on both him and Martha.

The personal trainer revealed that while he loves being a dad, the past two years have been challenging.

He confessed he’s been stuck in ‘survival mode,’ neglecting his own health while prioritising his role as a father and partner.
