TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Newly released 911 call audio from Fort Lauderdale police revealed new details in the murders of a woman and four members of her family in both South Florida and Sarasota.

The file released by police featured four different calls to Broward County Regional Communications staff.

Three of the calls appear to be from the daughter of murder victim Larisa Blyudaya, who police said was killed by her ex Russell Kot. Kot also killed her son, 18-year-old Ben Azivov, before going to her parents’ house in Sarasota and killing her mother, Florita Stolyar; her brother, Yaroslav “Stan” Blyudoy; her stepfather, Anatoly Ioffe; and the family’s housekeeper, Olga Greinert, on Tuesday, Feb. 12.

Larisa’s daughter, identified by a family friend as Eve Azivov, called Broward County Regional Communications at 1:33 p.m. Tuesday, about an hour after Kot murdered her family in Sarasota, for a welfare check to her mother’s home.

“I need the police to come right now to come check at my mom’s house in Fort Lauderdale,” Eve Azivov said.

While giving information to the dispatcher, Eve Azivov described Kot as “an admirer of [her mother].” The dispatcher informed the victim’s daughter that she would try to get an officer to the home to check on her mother.

About 13 minutes later, the victim’s daughter called again and was told that while a Fort Lauderdale police sergeant was informed of the call, no officer had been dispatched yet.

“I’m not sure why an officer hasn’t been dispatched yet,” the second dispatcher said.

“Can you make sure an officer gets dispatched ASAP?” Eve Azivov asked.

The second dispatcher said he would pass along the message to the police to get someone there as soon as possible and gave her the case number in case an officer reaches out.

A final call revealed that police got in contact with Larisa Blyudaya’s daughter later on, but the call dropped. When officers conducted the welfare check, they found the bodies of both victims.

The other call released by Fort Lauderdale police was from another woman calling for a welfare check on a male individual. In this call, she refers to Eve’s calls and said people have checked on the male individual, but he can’t be found.

“We have, like, because we don’t know where he is, like, we can’t find him,” she said. “They went to his apartment, and he wasn’t at his apartment, and his car isn’t there.”

Kot’s vehicle was later found in the Amberlea gated community, where the victims in Sarasota resided. He fatally shot himself after shooting Anatoly Ioffe.
