Details released about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s upcoming trip to Australia have left fans shocked, with many taking to social media to express exactly what they think of the price of a women-only event that Meghan is set to host. Described as “the ultimate girls’ weekend”, in Australia next month, tickets for the three-day event at a beachside hotel in Sydney will start at £1,400 [$2.626 AUD] per person.
Taking to X, one fan commented: “For $3,000 I’d want her to come around to my house and cook me dinner and then cut it up and feed it to me before she does the dishes and my laundry and then vacuums the house. She can wash the car too. Three Grand!!! Piss off.”
Meghan, who is set to take part in a number of engagements in Australia during a trip with Prince Harry, will be interviewed on stage.
