Victoria Jones, 34, was found dead inside a hotel room on New Year’s Day just six months after she was arrested over an alleged domestic violence dispute.

The heartbroken Jones family have released a statement on her death saying: “We appreciate all of the kind words, thoughts, and prayers. Please respect our privacy during this difficult time. Thank you.”

Emergency services were called to the Fairmont hotel in San Francisco in the early hours of Thursday morning.

A harrowing 911 call came in at 2:52am saying that the victim had suffered a suspected overdose.

Paramedics rushed to the 14th floor room where they found Jones unresponsive.

Her cause of death is yet to be confirmed with an initial investigation ruling out foul play and stating that there was no signs of drugs around the body.

As investigations continue, further details are now emerging around Jones’ arrest before her passing.

A police report was made in April by her husband Navek Ceja, 44, who alleged the former childhood actor had been taking cocaine, the Daily Mail reports.

He claimed his wife had been using the drug over a 48 hour period while staying at his family’s luxury winery in Napa.
