The tragedy occurred at approximately 3:15 p.m. at the intersection of Joseph and Gilbert streets in Cabramatta, leaving the local community in a state of absolute shock and mourning.

According to preliminary reports from authorities, a black car was traveling through the intersection when it suddenly lost control, striking a stroller carrying the two young victims.
