Princess Eugenie was busy with her phone during her latest outing.

On May 21, the pregnant royal was spotted in the Mayfair neighborhood of London, where she walked and talked on the phone.

Eugenie, 36, layered a gray shirt jacket over her black dress and growing bump, and completed the look with sunglasses and white sneakers.

The royal was headed to lunch with friends at Mount St. Restaurant.

The restaurant uniquely features over 200 pieces of art by famous names, including Andy Warhol and Henri Matisse, a sure interest for the princess, who is a director at the art gallery Hauser & Wirth.

The younger daughter of the former Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson stepped out for the casual outing a few weeks after Buckingham Palace announced that she is pregnant with her third child.

On May 4, the palace said that Princess Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank, 40, are expecting their third child, “due this summer.”

“August (aged 5) and Ernest (aged 2) are also very excited to have another sibling join the family,” the palace said of the couple’s sons, August, 5, and Ernest, 2.

“His Majesty The King has been informed and is delighted with the news,” the statement continued, referring to Eugenie’s uncle, King Charles.

Princess Eugenie and Jack’s third child is set to arrive as fifteenth in the line of succession to the throne, behind Eugenie and big brothers August and Ernest.

Eugenie’s father Andrew, who is now called Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor after the King stripped his brother’s princely title in October 2025 as his ties to the late Jeffrey Epstein came under renewed scrutiny, also remains eighth in the line of succession.

Andrew’s links to Epstein set his step back from public life in motion in November 2019, though he has continuously denied any wrongdoing regarding his relationship with the late American financier and convicted sex offender, who died while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges that August. Earlier this year, the former Duke of York was arrested in February as authorities investigate a claim that he shared confidential information with Epstein in his former role as a trade envoy for the U.K.

Following their father’s arrest, a source told PEOPLE that Andrew’s daughters Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie were focusing on their own young families.

“They’re trying to stay away from it. They have young children, and this is their grandfather — their focus is on protecting their own children from this,” the source said.

When Andrew’s royal titles were stripped in the fall, PEOPLE understood that his daughter’s royal status remained “wholly unaffected.”

Beatrice, 37, and Eugenie have both made several public appearances since their father’s arrest and are tipped to attend the royal family wedding of their cousin, Peter Phillips, in June.
