Sarah Ferguson has reportedly told pals she is planning her future with a job, but without her ex-husband Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor. The former duchess, 66, has apparently confided in friends: “I need to get back to work. I need money.”
The former couple had still been living together at Royal Lodge in Windsor despite divorcing in 1996. Ms Ferguson has made it clear that her plans do not include Andrew and she is understood to be looking for a new PR team to represent her as she plans to return to the UK following time in France and the United Arab Emirates, the Daily Mail reports.
She reportedly told a friend: “When I come back I am going to have to put some distance between myself and Andrew.”
It comes as both Andrew and his ex-wife appeared in email exchanges with the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein in the latest release of the so-called Epstein files – which is not an indication of wrongdoing.
