OPEN THE CAR DOOR NOW! — A Stranger Suddenly Lunged at a Mother Carrying Her 3-Month-Old Baby, Leaving Her Too Traumatized to Leave Home Alone
A mother has been left terrified after she was allegedly attacked by a complete stranger while trying to load her baby’s pram into the car.
The shocking alleged assault happened on James St in Northbridge, Perth, just before 1pm on Wednesday.
Ling Chang, 35, was on high alert as she locked her three-month-old daughter in the vehicle and moved to pack up the stroller.
Cameras in the car show a woman walk into shot and scream at her.
“Open it now. Now. Hurry the f*** up. Open the f***ing door,” the stranger ordered, before headbutting the mother.

Chang was left crying out for help.
“I think the most scary part is what happens if I didn’t lock the door,” Chang told 7NEWS.
“What’s going to happen to my baby?”
Two strangers ran to help, scaring off the alleged attacker and calling police.
“If they’re not around, I don’t know what I’m gonna do because she she was obviously attacking me,” Chang said.
“I don’t know … what she’s going to do next if she grab hold of my key, open the car.”
‘I’m really scared’
A 32-year-old woman has been charged with assault.
Chang said she is currently too worried to leave her home on her own.
“I’m really scared,” she said.
